The result
For one team, each month up to two of the listed checking services run and report, and up to two bounded jobs you choose from the list are delivered and accepted, each with its own test. A written summary shows what was checked, delivered and held.
What is included
- One team's data jobs, spreadsheets, reports or AI steps, with one named contact
- Up to two monthly checking services chosen from the list, with listed prices together no more than GBP 250
- Up to two bounded jobs a month, one active at a time. A bounded job is one listed outcome run at no more than its starting scope, and the two together are worth no more than GBP 450 at their listed one-off prices. A job listed at GBP 395 is taken on its own
- A written proposal that fixes the report dates, the expected timing of each job and the monthly capacity
- A written monthly summary of what was checked, delivered and held
You receive
- The monthly reports for the chosen services
- Each accepted job as files, scripts or a pull request with its test results
- A monthly summary of what was done and what is open
What is not included
- Running, hosting or merging anything in your live systems: your team does that
- Your production data, warehouse logins or provider keys
- Emergency or out-of-hours cover or any guaranteed response time
- Projects larger than a listed job's starting scope, which are quoted separately
- Decisions about people, or tax, legal or accounting advice
- A promise of accuracy, savings or time saved
What we need from you first

- Who chooses and accepts jobs, and who merges changes
- Your response to the proposed monthly price
- No real records, personal data or credentials in the first enquiry
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- Each month every chosen service delivers its report by the agreed date, and its figures can be recomputed from the files returned
- Each delivered job meets the acceptance tests of the matching job and is accepted or sent back by you
- Each month no more than two jobs were delivered or started, and their listed one-off prices add up to no more than GBP 450
- No change, merge or run was made by us in your live systems, and no key or login was held by us
You read each report, accept or send back each job and read the monthly summary.
When we would stop or decline
- Nobody on your side can label samples or accept results
- The agreed jobs regularly exceed two a month or GBP 450 of listed prices, so we agree a different scope
- You want round-the-clock cover, or want us to run your live jobs
- The work needs personal data we cannot be given in redacted form
Questions
Is this an AI analyst on retainer?
No. It is a fixed set of monthly checks and up to two bounded jobs, each with its own test. There is no open-ended analysis.
Can I buy the parts separately?
Yes, every service and job listed is available on its own. The proposed price is set at the two caps (GBP 250 plus GBP 450); the parts you choose add up to between GBP 456 and GBP 692 for a full allowance. It buys one arrangement with report dates and monthly capacity confirmed in writing, not a discount.
Do you run my jobs or hold my keys?
No. We work on redacted samples and copies and return reports and pull requests. Your team runs and merges, and your keys stay with you.
What do I have to do each month?
Label the small samples the chosen services need, usually under an hour in all, and accept or send back the jobs.
What if I need more than two jobs a month?
Extra jobs are quoted separately, or we agree a different scope.
Price and terms
Quote after scope check. Payment, billing, cancellation and renewal are agreed in the written proposal before the engagement starts. No charge, reservation or automatic subscription begins from an enquiry.
